Artist Biography: We’re a ska/punk band from Brazil called ABRASKADABRA. We released our debut album in early October, which is called „Grandma Nancy`s Old School Garden“, and we got a brand new video for this album, the first one.
ABRASKADABRA has 3 EPs, 1 full-lenght and a large audience in their hometown (Curitiba), and have already played in 23 different cities in Brazil, including major cities as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre. The band has one t-bone, one t-bone/saxofone/keyboard/vocal, one trumpet, one guitar/vocal, one bass and one drum. In 2010 the band won a national contest promoted by the brand Lost Enterprises, resulting in some good opportunities just as the partnership between Abraskadabra and Lost. Some bands that we played with: Bad Religion, Flogging Molly, Fishbone, Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, The Toasters, Pauline Black, Rise Against, Streetlight Manifesto, Dead Fish (BR), Garage Fuzz (BR), among others.
